1. Cancellation Policy
At SlotSpot.lk, we strive to provide flexibility for our users while respecting the schedules of our venue partners. Bookings can be cancelled based on the specific cancellation window set by each facility, typically up to 24 hours before the scheduled time slot.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
- User Cancellation: If you cancel a booking within the allowable cancellation window (e.g., 24 hours prior), you are eligible for a full refund, minus a small processing fee (if applicable).
- Venue Cancellation: If a venue cancels your booking due to maintenance, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund.
- No-Shows: No refunds will be issued if you fail to arrive at the venue for your booked slot without prior cancellation.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card) used during the transaction. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
